Each October Mr. Mom’s Kitchen makes a pilgrimage to the great state of Texas for the annual match up of the Oklahoma Sooners against the Texas Longhorns. He eats very bad food, gets a sunburn, loses his voice, and judging from his breath when he arrives home, takes in his weight in cheap beer.
This year is different: He’s not making the trek Southeast for the big event, but staying local.
