If you asked me 10 years ago what I would write about if I were to do a cookbook, I would have said salads. Whether made with leafy greens or grains, salads are my biggest comfort zone in the kitchen. Ironically, I’m now three cookbooks in and still nothing on salads. Maybe that comes next?
