It's easy to make a wholesome, flavorful, crispy cracker using just a few ingredients. Keep it simple and cut them into squares or get a little playful and pull out the cookie cutters.
Ingredients
- 1 piece of whole grain flatbread, such as Flatout
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds, lightly crushed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay the flatbread on a cutting board and use cookie cutters to cut shapes from the bread. Transfer to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and salt, along with the seeds. For a shortcut version, skip the cookie cutters, brush the entire flatbread with olive oil, sprinkle on the garlic, salt, and seeds, and cut into 12 to 15 squares.
